Getting Started
There are several ways to navigate items, but there are a few categories in particular to keep an eye on:
What's New? - New arrivals, as well as restocks, from the latest shop update.
Last Chance - Items that will no longer be restocked.
Discount Bin - Shows available bundle options and discounted items. Reading the descriptions is very important for these items!
Cina027 - Merch by my good and wonderful pal, cin!

Featured collections may also have their own pages, and the submenu under Contact contains surveys for restock interest and suggestions! Who knows-- perhaps if you stumble around enough, you might even find a secret code.
The sections below are available as location-specific versions for popular destinations:

Placing Your Order
Whenever you're ready, head over to check-out. You'll be able to enter any discount codes, leave order notes, and pick a suitable shipping option. You can find out which option you should be using by viewing Shipping & Returns.
To ensure I ship to your location, you can first do a mock check-out. If your only available option is "Letter-post", then you can only order flat, paper items, and if there are no shipping options, then I don't ship to you at all*.
*If you'd still like me to, you can ask for a quote! Check out the FAQ for more info, and Contact Me.
How to Enter Your Address
Email
Used for shop communication and sending receipts. If you're ordering a gift directly to a friend, put your own email and NOT theirs, as I may reach out in case of any issues. Be sure to check spam if you don't see it, and whitelist [email protected]! Address Line 1 For most countries, if this is a company or dorm address, put the building/department/residency hall/university name here. If this is a regular residential address, this should be the street address, i.e. House/Building Number, Street Name, and Unit/Apt Number if applicable
Address Line 2 For most countries, if this is a company or dorm address, the street address should go here. If this is a regular residential address, this is left blank. Typically, if you are located in a country that also uses subdivisions or districts, and mailing address standards are romanized, then that also goes here. Phone Number The recipient's phone number, used solely for shipping purposes. Please include the area code! The recipient's local post may need to reach out via this number, however, at no point will I ever personally contact you via text or call. |
Always enter your address according to your local postal guidelines, as they are the ones completing the delivery. This also includes the language; e.g. If you are in Japan, submit your address in Japanese as requested by Japan Post guidelines, not romanized.
This helps prevent mistakes in conversion; if your address is incorrect, it will delay your order or potentially be returned.

There are many resources online, and many local couriers have their own address look-up tools; the following are links to some tools for common locations familiar to krispykart:
Additional Notes:
- If you're using any form of a dorm or university residential hall address, be sure to note it in your order, as well as notify me if you're no longer able to receive mail there up to a certain date.
- When using a PO Box address, please follow the addressing format provided by your post office.
- If you place an order but will soon be moving to a new address, please be sure to note this in your order, especially if you purchase pre-order or back-order items.
- For certain countries or particularly long addresses, you may technically require more than the provided two lines. You may indicate extra line separations by using a backwards slash (\). This way, I'll know when making your shipping label.
Payment
Next; payment. You can use any card as long as it's accepted by Square; this includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay (and debit cards that carry those logos). Your card will be charged in your local currency, at the exchange rate of your card carrier/bank.
If your payment doesn't work no matter what you try, no worries! If you have Paypal, reach out to me via email with a screenshot of your cart, and I can arrange an invoice for you.
Review
Look over your order carefully to make sure all your information is correct. This final section will allow you to leave me a note, which is particularly important for discount bundles. Once you're ready, click "Place Order" and you're done!
