Discount shipping options now available to major urban centers!
Depending on your location, krispykart now offers shipping via discount couriers such as Chit Chats, ICS, & PostNL (to name a few). To see which couriers serve your specific locations, keep scrolling to your relevant section.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
  • Discount couriers do NOT deliver to PO boxes, rural addresses, or Amazon FBA warehouses.
  • These options may often have poor customer service, and sometimes rely on gig drivers to deliver your parcel. If you live in an apartment with poor mail handling or in an area with high rates of mail theft, it's advised NOT to use a discount shipping option.
  • If you choose to proceed with using a discount courier, this means you accept the associated risks. Should you require assistance for a lost or stolen package, I will do my best, but attainable coverage may be limited.
  • If your location is not serviced by the courier you chose, you will be contacted to discuss your options.
  • If your postal code is in a well-served area, you may end up overpaying shipping. If you paid in excess of $5 for shipping, the overpaid amount will be refunded to you

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges may only be accepted on a case-by-case basis. It's highly recommended to take photos or videos of your package before, during, and after opening in order to support your claim.

Items damaged or lost through shipping do not qualify, as handling and circumstances through transit are the sole responsibility of the handling courier.

What qualifies for a refund, return or exchange?
  • Defective items/item(s) with damages that clearly did not result from shipping and handling (e.g. rusted metal on a keychain)
  • Customer received the wrong item(s)
  • Item missing from order
  • Package returned to sender

Refunds issued may exclude any potential fees subtracted by the payment provider.

In the case of returns and exchanges, the customer is still required to be responsible for all shipping expenses*, but have a few available options according to circumstance:
  • Replacement*: Keep what you received, get one (1) free replacement of the damaged goods.
  • Exchange: Send back what you received, get one (1) free replacement of the incorrect goods.
  • Refund: Keep what you received, get a refund for the relevant item(s).
In the case of missing items, the customer can choose between either an item refund and cancellation, or have them resent, free of charge.
In the case of packages returned to sender, the customer can choose between a refund (sans shipping) and cancellation, or paying to have the package resent.


*Replacements for small paper items, such as stickers, postcards, and small prints, can be sent untracked free of charge.​
In all conditions, replacements can only be sent if the item is still in stock.
